If you are a vendor that loves what you do and love helping people, we would love to work with you.
We work with a variety of vendors of all sizes, providing different maintenance and repair services.
We work with both large national vendors as well as small ‘mom-and-pop’ operations.
In order to join our vendor network, we review the following from each prospective vendor:
- Quality of work: We only work with vendors that provide high quality work and craftsmanship in their field.
- Fair Market Pricing: We only work with vendors that provide competitive, fair, and transparent pricing.
- Timeliness: In order to provide our tenants with prompt service, we ask all vendors to make communication within 24 business hours for non-emergency and immediately for emergency repairs.
- Licensing & Insurance: We require all vendors to submit proof of insurance (workman’s compensation and liability), as well as any industry or trade specific licensing requirements.

We will be checking Yelp and Google reviews, so no need to apply if you have lower than 4stars rating on Yelp ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
Regarding Vendor’s Insurance : All vendors must add “The Mor Group” as an additional interest on their liability insurance policy.
The Mor Group works on a net 30 payment term. All Vendor Invoices will be paid within 30 days of receipt.
Vendor will need to fill out a direct deposit form and will be paid via EFT.
The Mor Group requires before and after pictures of all work that is invoiced.
We will need the following files uploaded to complete your application :
- A completed W9 Form
- A copy of the Business License
- A copy of the Liability Insurance
