So, our oven went out on a Saturday night about 9:30PM. I sent an email direct from my computer for repair. I received a phone call on Monday morning, first thing (this was the week of Thanksgiving and I was cooking for 6-7 people. Only draw back: unfortunately there was no reply on a Sunday-I hope this is changed in the future, because if there is an emergency I would not know what to do).

They had the repair guys out that day! Unfortunately the oven was way too gone and had to be replaced. The Mor Group had us a new oven by Tuesday. They were great, kept in contact with me and updated on everything. And we will have a perfect holiday! Thanks

My family and I moved here from California a little over a year ago. We rented a property through The Mor Group and we loved it! This property was clean and well maintained. Cassi sends out e-mails that provide you with information and just touch base with the renters. Cassi is a warm and knowledgeable person that gets back to you right away. I needed a ceiling fan fixed and maintenance was on it immediately. We also went through The Mor group working with Cassi, Anne, and Patti to buy our home a year later. They once again made that a Positive Experience for me and my family. This company is one in a million! If you are looking to rent, sell and/or buy a home you will want to go with The Mor Group. We recently sold our home through the Mor Group. Knowing their reputation and success as one of the top real estate groups in Las Vegas, it was a comfort to know we were in good hands. My family and I were put in a unique situation where we had to put our house on the market to sell quickly. We were required to move accross country just a week later. We left the selling of the house in the more than capable hands of Cassandra and Adi. Through their connections, we were not even finished our trip and we were receiving offers on the house. We were more than pleased with the attentiveness and honesty they conveyed when selling our home.
